Delic Holdings Acquires Complex Biotech Discovery Ventures

Delic Holdings Inc., the leading psychedelic wellness platform, completed the acquisition of Complex Biotech Discovery Ventures Ltd. (“CBDV”), a federally authorized psilocybin and cannabis research laboratory. The acquisition completed on May 27th, 2021. 

Given the procurement, CBDV will change its name to “DELIC Labs” and will continue to conduct research and develop innovative product lines and intellectual property, such as vaporization technology. In line with this recent change, the domain will reflect the new name as deliclabs.com. 

The acquisition of CBDV further diversifies DELIC as a psychedelics organization and will propel it to collecting scientific-based research and analytics to its product offerings. The Delic platform will also allow the formerly CBDV to “reach much broader psychedelic and medical communities and help ensure cutting-edge treatments become accessible for all.”
